Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for eligible products under the following conditions:

The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

To complete your return request, a valid proof of purchase or order receipt is required.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Share clear images of the product along with order details
Send the item back to our address after approval

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the replacement item will be processed and shipped based on availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method or bank account within 4 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Contact your card issuing bank, as processing time may vary
Reach out to your payment gateway or bank for updates

Non-Refundable Items
